Raised in the South of England to an English mother and a Turkish father, Yasmin is an illustrator, designer and mixed media artist based in West Sussex.

Inspired by her own lived-experience and that of people she meets, Yasmin’s work often involves activist-driven commentary on the environments and cultures surrounding her, with specific interest in identity, expression and story-telling.

In addition to analogue and digital illustration, Yasmin includes a wide variety of processes in her practice, inclusive of silk screen printing, letterpress, photography, typography and graphic design.
